Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options based on your location and order size. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and delivery method chosen. For orders over certain value, we may offer free standard shipping to select regions.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (Free for orders over $50)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional shipping fees apply)
  • Due to high demand orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Due to high demand orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance for international shipments

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Favo.co account and navigating to the "My Orders" section.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on any potential fees.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates. It is common for orders to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.
  2. Contact our support team at contact@favo.co if your order remains undelivered for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in locating your package or arranging a replacement if necessary.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but some regions may have restrictions on certain products due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
